Blind Teen Inspires With NBA Finals National Anthem
The 2015 NBA finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors provided us with a number of things to talk about. For instance, Lebron James impeccable game skills that led to many, including himself, calling him the best player in the world and why not. Throughout the NBA finals James has been able to do what many thought was impossible and that is to give the Golden State Warriors a good fight. After Kyrie Irving left the finals due to injury many believed that the Warriors will sweep of the Cavs, but thanks to heroics by Lebron James, the Cavs managed to push the series till game six.
Another great moment was for Cleveland’s Mathew Dellavedova, who gave out outstanding performance during his team’s match up with the Chicago Bulls as well as during game three as the Cavs were talking on the Warriors. Delly, as they like to call him, guarded the league’s MVP Stephen Curry very well throughout game 3.
Not to be out done was Stephen Curry, who went into the playoff as the league’s MVP. Game 5, especially the fourth quarter was the Stephen Curry show, he managed to score 17 of his 37 points in the fourth quarter as well as pulling out on Delly that are bound to be repeated for a long time to come.
Despite all those great moments game 6 gave us the best moment yet as a talented blind teen, VanHoose, took the microphone and sang the national anthem of America. She went on to give an electric, inspiring and emotional performance.
