Fenerbahce Storm Into Playoffs As Olympiakos Slip up

On Friday Fenerbahce emerged victorious with an impressive home win of 98-77 against Emporio Armani Milan while Olympiakos, the tournament winners in three occasions, were defeated 74-73 by Laboral Kutxa.

The win for Fenerbahce, which came as no surprise to many, sees them advance to the competitions playoff stage.

In the days other fixtures saw a matchup between Real Madrid, who have already qualified, and Panathinaikos, that game ended 85-69 in favor of Panathinaikos who are currently pushing for a place in the playoff in their group.

As for Olympiakos, they missed a chance to progress to the events playoff stage following that loss. It is good to note that Olympiakos have won the trough in three occasions that is back in 2012, 2013 and way back in 1997.
